Our approach to organizational development and change management centers on the belief that meaningful, lasting change begins with people and with dialogue. As illustrated in our process diagram, 60–70% of our work together is dedicated to what we call intentional dialogue. This phase requires a high level of emotional effort, as it involves building trust, fostering honesty, and creating the space for people in the organization to truly see and hear one another.

We are Caitlin and Sara, two women from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds, brought together by a shared vision: to shape more human, inclusive, and purpose-driven organizations.
Our collaboration began during our Master’s program in Human Systems Intervention at Concordia University, where we first met as colleagues. Early on, we discovered a natural synergy in the way we think, work, and engage with complexity. What started as a partnership in academia quickly evolved into a meaningful and aligned consulting practice, grounded in shared values like diversity, inclusion, respect, and a desire to create lasting impact.
We have experience across a range of settings, from corporate innovation and fast-growing startups to grassroots community initiatives and large, scale organizational change. We are systems thinkers, facilitators, and human-centered strategists who bring different perspectives to the table to uncover deeper truths and co-create sustainable solutions. One of our greatest strengths lies in our ability to balance analytical thinking with relational intelligence, blending structure with creativity, and clarity with depth.
